Mark (Youngbok) Kim

An expert in both Korean and US law.

Mr. Mark Kim is a licensed attorney in the State of Tennessee, USA, and a member of the American Bar Association. He brings a wealth of experience in contracts, complex and international litigation, international transactions, finance, investment, and real property development.

He currently works in the litigation department at Kim & Bae, P.C., a commercial litigation firm in New York and New Jersey, handling commercial and complex litigation including class action and antitrust matters. Prior to that, he worked at Changjo, a commercial law firm in Seoul, Korea, on contracts, corporations, international transactions, investment, finance, and real property development.

Representing corporate clients across industries in both countries, and communicating fluently in Korean and English, Mark brings a deep understanding of cross-cultural legal and business needs.

Primah Kwagala

Primah Kwagala

Nominated as a Columbia University Human Rights Advocate.

Primah Kwagala is a Ugandan lawyer, holding a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University in Kampala with a distinction in Law, Ethics, and Human Rights. Her expertise spans International Law, Trade Law, Intellectual Property, and public-interest work — including open-access initiatives such as Creative Commons licensing and human rights advocacy.

She has led work on access to medicines in Uganda, built an active community of Creative Commons affiliates coordinating CC licenses under Uganda’s copyright law, and directed research on Uganda’s Industrial Property law, EAC and anti-counterfeiting law, and WTO TRIPS negotiations for LDCs.

In 2012, Primah was nominated from a global pool of human rights activists for this honor.
