The 2010 Constitution reshaped the relationship between the Kenyan state, its institutions and the people. Our team has worked on both sides of that relationship, having served as legal advisors within the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission, the Kenya Law Reform Commission and internationally funded governance programmes, and having sat on task forces that reviewed and developed legislation to implement the Constitution.

That background lets us do two things well: challenge unlawful state action on behalf of individuals and businesses, and help public bodies, regulators and their partners design processes and legislation that will withstand scrutiny.
